1Grate one of the apples into a small bowl
2Add the oats, seeds, half of the nuts, and cinnamon to the grated apple, mix together
3Stir in the yoghurt and water until well combined
4Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight
5In the morning, spoon the bircher muesli into 2 bowls
6Cut the remaining apple into slices then arrange apple slices on top of muesli
7Finish off by topping with remaining nuts, raisins or sultanas. Also delicious served with fresh berries

50 g dry oats
25 g mixed seeds
25 g mixed nuts, roughly chopped & divided
Pinch of cinnamon
100 g vanilla yoghurt
100 ml water
2 tbsp raisins or sultanas
