For the smoothie

250 g Keelings blueberries

250 g Keelings raspberries

1 ripe banana, sliced

2-3 tbsp coconut or almond milk

For the topping

25 g Keelings strawberries

25 g Keelings raspberries

25 g Keelings blueberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp pine nuts

Fresh mint


1Add berries and banana to a blender and blend until smooth.

2Add coconut or almond milk and blend on low again.

3Scoop into 2 serving bowls and top with the topping ingredients.
