Directions

1Add berries and banana to a blender and blend until smooth.

2Add yoghurt and blend on low again.

3Scoop into 2 serving bowls and top with the topping ingredients.

Ingredients

For the smoothie

75 g Keelings raspberries

75 g Keelings blueberries

1 ripe banana

2-3 tbsp plain natural yogurt

Handful of frozen spinach (optional)

Water if necessary

For the topping

A couple of Keelings raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries

1 tsp coconut flakes

1 tsp almond flakes

Fresh mint
