1In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk and cinnamon together (adding Keelings blueberries to this mixture, optional).
2Dip each slice of bread into the egg mix and cover completely, let excess drip off and place each slice singly on the baking tray. Let the egg mix soak in for 5-10 minutes.
3Heat the butter in a frying pan over a medium-heat. Fry the bread until medium brown - carefully flipping halfway through to ensure even cooking.
4Remove from pan once browned, garnish with Keelings blueberries & vanilla yogurt and serve.
