

11. Mix raspberry vinegar, vegetable oil, honey, Dijon mustard, shallots, salt and pepper into a container that can be sealed. Seal the container and shake to mix.
22. In another large bowl mix baby spinach, Keelings raspberries, sliced avocado, and pecans. Slowly drizzle dressing while tossing the salad. Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.
