Start your day off right with this Apple Bircher recipe! It's the perfect breakfast for autumn mornings.

Grate one of the apples into a small bowl
Add the oats, seeds, half of the nuts, and cinnamon to the grated apple, mix together
Stir in the yoghurt and water until well combined
Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight
In the morning, spoon the bircher muesli into 2 bowls
Cut the remaining apple into slices then arrange apple slices on top of muesli
Finish off by topping with remaining nuts, raisins or sultanas. Also delicious served with Keeling's fresh berries
