Blackberry and Raspberry Granola Bars

1Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper and set oven to 140oc.

2Melt the butter. Fold in the syrup, oats, nuts, sugar and seeds. Break up the fruit and mix in well.

3Press into the tin, leavening off the top.

4Bake for 40 minutes.

5Cool in the tin for 10 minutes then cut into bar shapes


100 g Butter

3 tbsp Agave syrup (or substitute honey)

200 g Porridge Oats

100 g Demerara sugar

100 g Mixed seeds (pumpkin, linseed and sunflower)

100 g Chopped mixed nuts

75 g Frozen raspberries

75 g Frozen blackberries
